Handcrafted Custom Products

JitterBug Portraits proudly provides completely customized photo products for school and activity photos.

Option 1: Ordering Custom Products

All photo products are available for through this method. Specifically ,

1. Use the Paper Order Form Envelope sent home with your child from school (download below)
2. Choose your favorite photos for the products via the Online Gallery through PhotoDay
3. Include the Image Number from the gallery on the Order Form
4. Send the Order Form back to school with your child by the due date
5. Call or email us with any questions or specifications. We are always happy to help.
We customize your products the day following the Order Form collection.
After we place the order, it takes about 2 weeks for the items to arrive at our studio.
We inspect the items to ensure they arrived through shipping without damage and the design printed as expected.
If there are any issues, we deal with the lab and the shipping company to have them reprinted.
We deliver them to the school for pick up.
Total time is about 17 days.
Use the paper order form to place an order with both a preschool and elementary student.
This will remove all shipping fees from your order.

Option 2: Online Ordering

1. Go to: galleries.photoday.io
2. Enter the Access Code sent to you via email or shared during picture day.
3. Tap “Get Started”. Enter your mobile number. Tap “Subscribe”.
- When the gallery goes live, you will receive a text message notification.
- The images are sorted by class or groups, and you can use “face find” to quickly locate your child and favorite the ones you love.
- Place your favorited images into photo products, and adjust the size and crop of the image to how you would like it.
Products are shipped directly to your home.
Standard shipping is approximately 17 business days.
Expedited shipping options are also available.
Be sure to sign in using the same mobile number you used to purchase the credit. Once you enter that phone number, Photoday will send a verification code via text. Your credit amount and offer code will automatically apply to your total.
If you have previously logged in with a different phone number, you can easily click the “switch accounts” button and use a different phone number.
All preschool children can be combined into one checkout, and all elementary children can be combined into one checkout. However, preschool and elementary students cannot share an order cart, at this time.
For no shipping fees, or if they are in both schools, please use the paper order form envelope (link above to download) to place your order, and we will deliver the items to the school.
